I've run into sites that have actually requested that not only the spooled
files be retained, but that they should be archived to a jukebox. The
argument is that these serve as a snapshot in time, and the documents serve
both as an audit and as a customer service aid. I respectfully suggest that
we are going to see more of the same in the future, not less - especially as
we Web-enable our AS/400 "servers of choice."
