Forwarding of Incoming OV/400 Email

Forwarding OV/400 Mail

We are planning to move our email from OV/400 to another platform.  
I would like to know if there is any way to forward incoming tcp/ip 
email back out across the internet to another machine.  I need to 
have an entry for each user on our 400.

For example I would want the mail to:
smithrk?osurf@osurf400.rf.ohio-state.edu
to be forwarded to:
rsmith@mail.rf.ohio-state.edu

Any thoughts would be appricated.
