We have also used USR 28.8 modems with the AWC.

With device *CALC I believe your only choice for speed is *CALC.

We have also found out that depending on the processor speed, we can
hard code the device and set the speed for EITHER 19,200 or 38,400.

Our local phone lines are old enough that at best we connect at 24,000.
