Technical questions for prospective AS/400 Contractors

I'm putting together a standardized list of technical questions and/or tests
to present to prospective AS/400 contractors as part of the interview
process. Included will be such areas as subfiles, display files, icff, data
structures, message files,  RPG opcodes (RPG/400 & RPGIV), CL, message
monitoring, error recovery, ILE,  DB/400 (triggers, referential integrity)
and programming tools (PDM, SDA, etc.).

Does anybody have any favorite lists or questions that they use as one tool
to aid in the evaluation of prospective contractors or employees?
