iSeries Systems Administrator
The iSeries Administrator will support worldwide sites and perform
all duties to manage and maintain the IBM iSeries systems, including system
availability, software & hardware management, system performance, backup &
recovery and problem management. Manage the day-to-day activities associated
with job processing, performance monitoring and security functions to keep
SOX compliant. Work with the Business Systems department to create, test,
and implement business solutions for our customers.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or
technical school.
Emphasis in Computer Science or a Technical field required.

At least 5-7 years related work experience with iSeries and iSeries
networked environments
iSeries Hardware and Software Lakeview Mimix HA experience is
mandatory.

Must be a team player who works effectively with end users, management
and Development teams.
Strong analytical, focus & communication skills are required. Customer
Service skills is a plus.
Travel when required for projects and technical training (minimal
amount).

Certification and/or training in IBM iSeries computer operations is
desirable.
Programming & Analysis using RPG and CL programming languages.
Manufacturing / distribution / ERP background desirable.
SOX compliance and Data Mirror transformation services experience is
desirable.
