AS/400 Security Analyst in Worcester County

Administer access controls across computing environments in accordance with
Information Security policies and standards. Assist in defining, implementing
and maintaining access control systems, and detecting and responding to access
issues and incidents. Assist in promoting security awareness throughout the
Corporation.
Requirements:


1. College degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience
required.
2. Minimum 3 years MIS experience, at least one of which includes
responsibility for administering information systems access controls.
3. Minimum 1 year hands-on information systems security experience with a focus
on one or more of the following platforms and technologies: AS/400, Windows NT,
LAN/WAN networking, Lotus Notes/Domino, Internet/Web, remote access, enterprise
applications, database and client/server. AS 400 SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
4. Understanding of information security principles and their application
across computing platforms.
5. Ability to learn new technologies and applications and apply that knowledge
to daily workflows.
6. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
8. Ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining a sense of
priorities and delivering quality service within required timeframes.
9. Demonstrated adaptability, analytical and problem solving ability, and
attention to detail.
