IT Manager with MAPICS Position Available - Urgent Need

MUST HAVE:

.        7 years minimum work experience, at least 2 years in manufacturing

.        3 Years as an IT Manager, Applications/Business Analyst or Project
Manager

.        2 Years minimum of management experience

.        2 Years minimum of MAPICS experience

KEY JOB SKILLS:

.        Planning-oriented (Architect)

.        Ability to communicate and interpret system needs and service
requirements in general business language 

.        Technology leader in software and hardware platforms

.        PC & server knowledgeable

.        Managed outside contract resources or programmed themselves 

.        Familiar with best practices of business processes, systems
security and, systems scalability 

.        Understands and champions the role of the "Power User"/Functional
Owner

.        Knows how to source and negotiate for the best cost for hardware,
software and services

EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE:

.        Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science) preferred

.        Additional software certifications & training 

TECHNOLOGY TRAINING:

.        Microsoft Office trained (Excel, Access, Word, Project Manager,
Publisher)

.        Familiar with CAD Design, Desk Top Publishing and Telephone Switch
