I hope this is somewhat on topic here. So we are developing a new online job application site. How do you protect against bot filling in junk data? Do you just ignore it? Do you force the registrant to create some sort of an account? Some other form of verification that it is a real person? There is a different of opinion between the developer and myself on how to do it. He thinks account, I think that will potentially turn people away.
