I)      GENERAL  FUNCTIONS :

To be responsible for handling Infinium Related issues.


II)     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1.      Responsible for all analysis and implementation of 
HR/Payroll/Benefits modules on Infinium. Should be able to manage all or 
part of a project in the analysis, design, coding, development, 
implementation, online help  and documentation.

2.      Directs all software changes, enhancements and additions.

3.      Responsible for multiple application development projects.

4.      Responsible for tracking team resources, managing tasks, tracking 
time and costs on an individual project basis.

5.      Should be able to handle Vendor Relationships.

6.      Should be able to act as backup to Manager / Director. An 
understanding of workload, project priorities and status is a must.

7.      Assist in providing technical direction for AD work.

8.      Capable of developing project plans and estimating technical work 
effort.  Monitor work activities of payroll/HR  resources including 
Development, Technical,  User Interfaces, Training and QM.

9.      Understand the technology trends as it relates to products and 
tools which can be utilized alongside the core product to ensure optimum 
thru’ put. 

10.     Knowledge of Sox Compliance.

III)    DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY :

Has the authority to make technical decisions without supervision.


IV)     KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a strong  iSeries (AS400) background and Infinium background. 
Thorough understanding of programming concepts and RPG ILE coding 
standards.
