Position in Secaucus, Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate help desk environment. AS/400 Operations, Printers, Messages, PTF's a + MCP and/or A+ certification or 2-year degree with applicable coursework. Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills - will interface with users at all levels of the organization. Must be customer service oriented. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is an absolute must. Thorough knowledge of Windows 2000/XP: Installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Full understanding of TCP/IP protocol: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and WINS. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook email client. Solid hands-on hardware skills: PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc. Experience with any of the following would be helpful: Track-IT, Timbuktu, Client Access, Kewill.Ship, DI-Diver, Avaya phone systems.
