An Augusta, Georgia company is looking for a senior programmer analyst. Target 
compensation $70K-$90K depending on experience. No relocation available.

Job Summary: 
The primary purpose of this Senior Programmer Analyst position is to provide 
analysis, design, development and day-to-day operational support for business 
applications. 

Responsibilities to Include: 
· Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming systems including encodign, 
testing, debugging and installing to support business applications. 
· Evaluates operational systems and recommends improvements. 
· Gathers requirements from users, creates specifications and test plans and 
develops code. 
· Documents facts finding, studies results and identifies possible solutions. 
· Designs and writes code to support and enhance existing applications. 
· May work individually on smaller projects or as part of a team on larger 
projects. 

Education: 
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 

Position Requirements: 
· 3-5 years AS/400 programming experience in RPG-III or ILE, SQL and CL. 
· Minimum of 2 years experience with JBA System/21 or similar ERP required. 
· Strong understanding of MRP, Order Management, Vendor Sourcing and other 
manufacturing modules required. 
· Ability to work with end-users to design and document business requirements 
into technical specifications for the AS/400. 
· In-depth understanding of system development life cycle, and ability to 
develop and execute projects of varying size from inception to 
post-implementation. 
· Professional presentation and communication skills required. 
· Ability to use presentation and documentation tools (such as MS PowerPoint 
and Word) to prevent project findings / status to end users, management and key 
stakeholders. 
· Desire to try new technologies and methods; a wide degree of creativity and 
latitude is expected. 
· 1-3 years experience in automotive / manufacturing organization with an 
understanding of manufacturing operations highly desired. 

License and Certification Requirements: 
Professional/technical certification a plus.
