I'm interested in knowing what an RPG programmer is worth these days. When I graduated from college in 2000 and got my first RPG programming job, I was paid $35k/year. I was very happy making $35k right after graduation. Now, with over 4 years of experience and have been at another job for over 2 years, I'm still making $35k/year. Am I being "hosed"?!?! I think my salary should be at least around $45k/year. With over 4 years of experience programming in RPGIV, what do you think is the minimum an RPGIV programmer should be making? If you're a programmer with less than 5 years of experience and making more than $35k/year, would you care to share your salary and state that you're in? Send to me off-list if you'd like. After I get some responses, I'll decide if I need to start looking for another job or ask for a raise. Thanks, Hosed in Tennessee
