I think we all run into these things. If the problem doesn't make sense,
I probably don't know what's really going on. Just need to step back
and start checking my assumptions.
It would have been extraordinary if there was a system bug as variants
of CMPBLA (and CPYBLA) are probably the most commonly used MI opcodes.
