I know that Bruce has identified one way to find system state programs on your system. There is another way that may be more what Bryan is looking for. The CHKOBJITG (Check Object Integrity) command with parameter CHKSIG(*ALL) will create an output file for objects that are not signed or have bad signatures. The Violation column will have a value of NOSIG for user state programs that have not been signed. The column will have a value of BADSIG for programs that have not been signed by IBM and are system state. It will also be BADSIG for objects that have been signed and then modified such that their signature no longer matches the object. After you run CHKOBJITG, which could take a long time, you should be able to use DSPPGM to determine which of the BADSIG programs are system state and which have bad signatures.
