Calling "_C_TS_malloc" returns a tagged space pointer to teraspace that
looks like this:

40 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 9F A4 53 80 04 00 80 A0

With tags active on SST "Starting Address" panel, the following 10-and-6
combination works okay to get into that teraspace:

9FA4538004  0080A0

But with tags inactive on SST, the following 9-and-7 combination generates
"80 exception, segment does not exist" error:

9FA453800  40080A0
