MI space change in V5R4

This is from the text of PTF SI16228:

In i5/OS release V5R4, MI space objects and associated spaces of
other MI objects are being changed to better protect their space
header. The system support of Hardware Storage Protection (HSP),
"Read Only in Problem State" value, is being used to prevent an
altered MI Program from being able to change the space header,
by protecting the first page of the space with this HSP value.
