Cipher can perform several functions (encryption, decryption and hashing)
each using different algorithms.   Not all of them may be available on your
system.

Can you give more specifics on how you are using it ?
The prototype, call and control structure passed would help.

On a test partition I have a simple procedure that ciphers a password with
_CIPHER builtin and works fine.

I moved the program to production partition and I get the error MCH2808
subcode X'03'

The AC3 product is installed on both partitions. What is there missing ?
