True. But only true for 2E generated apps. 

However, I could modify and extend the web skeleton for non-2E screens
and still have a web-like screen. 

I agree, much more than a screen scraper. I wonder if you can buy it on
it's own. Would be really funny to have to license 2E just to get access
to the Web option.
