it kinda reminds me of your question about usrdta format on excm, i tried different combinations of that for a month about a year ago and never could get it to compile

Algorithm is: the ODT number is an index into the ODT array of 4-byte elements.

FYI: the MI Reference in the Information Center (under "MI Topics -->
Program Object Specifications") contains a complete layout and explanation
of every bit and byte in the ODT.
