I have an SQL table using the ROWID data type. When I try to open the file for output I get a CPF428A error.

Cause . . . . . : Member SALES file SALES in library TEST was not opened because of error code 3. The error codes and their meanings are: 3 -- The format for file SALES contains one or more user defined data type fields and the open request did not indicate that user defined data type fields could be processed by the user of the open.

Is there anything I can do to be able to write records to this file.

Allen
