STRSST change ability in V5R1? -- MI400

Hello again,

on our V5R1 systems the change object ability is disabled under SST. On V5R2
it is available.

Anyone else run into this? I'm wondering if there's something special I have
to do to enable this for V5R1.

If not there doesn't seem to be a way to get one of my system state MI
programs to our V5R1 boxes.

Any ideas?
