Hmmm. I'd really rather not set my QSECURITY to 30... Next thing you know I'll be handing out my QSECOFR password to all and sundry. I've tried restoring the command from the Licensed Program, but that didn't change it. Time to call IBM, I fear. It's a bit weird because unlike almost all other IBM shipped objects, when you do a DSPCMD, it shows the source information (file, library, member) whereas other IBM shipped objects have had this information removed. Don, the PL/I compiler is still very much in use by me! I heard that IBM had written a number of their testing tools in PL/I, hence the fact that they haven't fully retired it. That and the fact that it's by far the easiest and most flexible language on the AS/400 (MI included, I'm afraid). IMHO, of course :-) Rory
