To say that it is "available" is a bit of a stretch. The microfiche and
the data areas manuals are not really available. Even the few people
that have them cannot really share them because of copyright and
trade secret issues. Most of the blocked instructions are not documented
in the newer MI-manuals. So, in reality, the documentation is NOT
available.
