Can anyone tell me if I am missing something.

I want to retrieve a list of fields from a file used in a query. I found
that the offset to the field list is at 7C. Then the space at the offset
found at 7c as the following format: 18 char header (the first 4 bytes
are the size of the space) then each field occupies a 32 byte space. Is
there something that would tell you how many fields, etc are in the list
or do you have to calculate the number of fields by space size by 32?
Thanks for the help.

Bobby.
