I gave you:

that is the AF4 (which is from the start of the segment) should be
AD4 (from the start of the PCO that begins at x20 within the segment)

So:

DCL SPCPTR .PCO BASPCO;
DCL DD PCO BAS(.PCO);
DCL DD JOB CHAR(20) DEF(PCO) POS(2773);

where 2772 = xAD4 = xAF4-x20
