This is perfect.  Now, one question about the QAUDJRN journal - should this
be system managed or user managed?  Mine is currently set to user managed
but I think that's just because I created it some time ago when system
management was not an option.

Create a journal receiver, create the journal QAUDJRN and attach it to the
receiver.

Change the system value QAUDCTL to *AUDLVL and the system value QAUDLVL
to include the special value *CREATE.

Use an exit program on the RCVJRNE in a batch (e.g. autostart) job to
retrieve audit
entries and perform the necessary processing.
