Create a journal receiver, create the journal QAUDJRN and attach it to the 
receiver.

Change the system value QAUDCTL to *AUDLVL and the system value QAUDLVL
to include the special value *CREATE.

Use an exit program on the RCVJRNE in a batch (e.g. autostart) job to retrieve 
audit
entries and perform the necessary processing.
