You can, but it's a bit dangerous. I've tested it once, and if I remember correctly your in knee deep trouble if some program in your job fails miserably when you pretend to "own" that other job's QTEMP. (If you go down, he'll go down...) QTEMP is cleared. Same thing happens if you fail to restore your own QTEMP pointer before you sign off.
