I was going to post some code to get *CURLIB from the WCB, but I see that it
doesn't work anymore--they've changed the library list layout in the WCB for
V5R1.

So I would recommend calling an API, such as QWCRTVCA, format RTVC0200 or
QUSRJOBI, format JOBI0700.
