I just took a quick look at the V5R1 CL Reference for the GRTOBJAUT and
RVKOBJAUT commands.  They clearly list *ADD, *DLT, *UPD, and *READ as
allowable authorities to grant or revoke.  If you were to revoke
authority to *PUBLIC (or a specific user) for these attributes, would
that not accomplish your goal?

As to your goal, what is it?  Be careful of assuming that an individual
object's security could prevent access by an intelligent user with
*ALLOBJ authority.
