Using DSPBNDDIR to an *outfile is the supported mechanism for
determining what is in a *bnddir.  And while outfiles are not the
same as APIs, they are a formal programming interface that IBM
maintains across releases.

You may be able to reverse engineer the binding directory with MI,
but there is no support from IBM for such an effort, and I would hope
that you are looking for supported interfaces (especially if this code
may be used by others).
