Hi, Allen:

Have a look at the QDBRTVFD API.

Subject: [MI400] Retrieving key field info from OPNQRYF command

I need to retrieve the key field names from an OPNQRYF access path.
If I use the OPNQRYF command to open an access path over a non keyed
physical file and specify a key field, OPNQRYF FILE((GLMASTER))
KEYFLD((ACCT#)), the file information data structure tells me that it is
a keyed file with one key but not which field is the key field. Is
there a way to determine which field is being used as the key field in
the OPNQRYF access path.
