After installing V5R1 yesterday, the QsyRetrieveFunctionInformation API now
fails to return our application's registered function IDs, but returns the
following "weird" function IDs instead:

QIBM_BASE_OPERATING_SYSTEM
QIBM_SERVICE
QIBM_QYAS_SERVICE_DISKMGMT
QIBM_SERVICE_TRACE
etc.

Furthermore the V5R1 Operation Navigator's Application Administration's
"Host Functions" window now fails to list our registered functions. Now
we're unable to maintain our critical "QsyCheckUserFunctionUsage API"
security in our AS/400 application. Does anyone know what happened, or how
to fix this?
