I am reading a tiff file and writing to an userascii printer file formated
for a hp printer. Since the Tiff can be stored several different ways, I
thought somebody has done it in MI. Only MI can get the tiff images
easily.  I am about 90% finished, but some of the routines must be easier
than the ones I have created.

I have to read the tiff and break it apart, then format the output in the
PCL language.
