Right you are, and the reason that there aren't any TN5250 clients that
support the graphics orders is that there's no demand for the graphic orders
out in the application world. I've only met a mere handful of people who've
used GDDM besides myself, and I think there have only been two occasions I
can recall in 5+ years that the subject has come up.  Each time, it was
somebody tinkering; not a production application.

If I remember rightly, there's an open source TN5250 project (Mike Madore's
name sticks in my head.)  Perhaps this is an area where open source would
fill the niche need that the IBM Cathedral isn't prepared to fill?
