Doug understood the question and Leif's answer is good enough for me. While tests are easy, they're only valid for the environment they're run within. This confirmation effectively widens the test base. The question seems to me to help define some of the limits of the 'object based' architecture. In this case, the limit is still somewhere past the point at which I'm working. Cool.
