IBM Software support and Fast400

Any opinion on IBM refusing to provide software support on a system which runs 
FAST400.

After all, if the product manipulates internal system data structures like the 
task dispatch table, could not IBM say the cause of any system problem may be 
due to FAST400?

And if FAST400 refuses to  describe how their product works, there would be 
even more reason for iBM to blame any unexplained system failure on the actions 
of FAST400.
