Probably. IBM's eventual response will almost certainly be an indication. Most 
especially if there are no significant negative effects of FAST400, e.g.,

Personally, although I've heard all the arguments, I still don't see why 5250 
is clung to so tightly. Yeah, yeah, "heads-down data entry is so much faster 
than GUI, yada, yada...", but seriously, how many of us have been working 
almost exclusively in a GUI environment for the past few years? I know, some 
don't; but believe it or not, even Client Access workstation emulation is... 
essentially a GUI window that's been designed to pretend to be green-screen 
(more or less)! It is not possible to argue that you cannot make a GUI 
environment as fast, effective, efficient, whatever, as green-screen for any 
function; it all depends upon how you design your GUI and server applications.
