That's certainly not my intent.  But caveat emptor always applies, or the IT
menager isn't doing his job, IMHO.

The legal exposures I see here mostly relate to Tiger and/or the developer.  For
the IT manager, the issues are different.  And if you box isn't already
undersized for the workload, then CFINTxx is a non-issue isn't it?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but if your interactive workload is below the
CFINTxx threshold for your box, aren't interactive jobs already running at "full
speed" and unthrotled?  So in a properly sized box, would "tuning" the jobs to
set off the 5250 flag really have any effect if CFINTxx is not running?
