set spcp to pgm assoc space

I use the following code to set a spcptr to the assoc space of a pgm:

DCL SYSPTR spPgm AUTO ;
DCL SPCPTR pPgm AUTO ;
DCL SPCPTR pPgmAssocSpc AUTO ;

SETSPPFP pPgm, spPgm ;
ADDSPP pPgmAssocSpc, pPgm, 80 ;

I works for security level 40.  Will it work at 50?

Also, the last time I looked, there was not an api for setting a spcptr to the 
pgm assoc space. Only Put and Get. Is that still the case?
