List TCP/IP Point-to-Point Jobs

Our first day on V4R5, and nothing happens when I call the List TCP/IP
Point-to-Point Jobs (QTOCLPPJ) API with four parameters:  (1)Qualified user
space name;  (2)Format name;  (3)Point-to-point connection profile name;
(4)Error data structure.  The PPP connection is definitely running, the
modems lights are flashing, FTP works okay, WRKTCPPTP panel shows 'active'.
But the QTOCLPPJ API writes nothing into the receiver user space.  The API
gives no error feedback even when I specify an invalid user space name,
invalid format name, or invalid connection profile name.  Has anyone used
this API successfully?
