  Are you getting paid to post to this board?  If you are, then you are a 
lucky man. If not (and I suspect that the vast majority aren't), then 
you'll agree that this is a wonderful forum for exchanging ideas and 
getting technical info.  IBM has received a lot of feedback and made 
changes based on forums like this.
