PTF : "OSP ENHANCED WORSTATION API" -- MI400

I've found some PTFs for 430 and 440 entitled "OSP ENHANCED WORSTATION API"
Two of them (SF55595 - V430 and SF61374 - V440) have a good description into
the cover letter. It's about interesting (IMHO) new APIs : QWSRTVOI and
QWSSPRST.
But others (like SF61371 - V430 and SF61378 - V440) doesn't explain
anything.
Are there any other new APIs for workstation function manager ?
