Run it again. <g>

As Gene reported in another thread, what you are looking at is the I/O
buffer.  If the last operation was an input operation, you get the
userid & password (and of course program, menu, and library).

If the last operation was an output operation, you get the DDS
indicators then the output fields (ie your system name, etc.).

BTW, it ran fine on my V3R7 system.
