Well if you're just looking to shell out QDBFGETM then write a program
that accepts three space pointers in the parm list. In your program then
issue your call to QDBFGETM (I'd get the pointer from the SEPT) passing
these pointers along in the OP list. To check if this is the file you're
interested in you can examine the UFCB which is what the first pointer
points to. The file name is offset at 128 from the start of this space,
the library is next.
