You IBM rep has access to a tool called REQUEST on HONE. The rep can enter your requirement as a formal request to IBM, and will receive a response from IBM concerning it. In talking with the REQUEST person here in Rochester, this particular tool is going away at the end of this month (talk about timing) and a new Notes based tool will be taking its place next effective next month. Use of this tool is another mechanism to provide input to IBM concerning AS/400 requirements. This supplements other vehicles, such as COMMON, and is counted in addition to these other vehicles. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, but I've always been on the receiving end of REQUESTS and never had to find out how/who entered them...
