This is correct for retrieval to work at all seclvls. The target job
must 'offer' up its QTEMP pointer in some way - and there are a number
of ways the target job could do this, including the methods mentioned
above.

At seclvl 30 & below, you can get the target job from the QWCBT (or
QWCBT01 depending upon OS/400 release) without a problem from the system
