MATAGAT change

We just upgraded from V4R3 to V4R4.  MATAGAT now returns zero number of 
objects in access group, and zero pointers to objects in access group.  Is 
this behavior new for MATAGAT on V4R4, or an OS bug?  Has V4R4 eliminated 
the PAGs?
