OK, since there's already alot of source code that's starting to get
bounced around out there, we were hitting the 10k limit so messages were
getting bounced.  The limit has just been moved to 40k/msg so alot of that
problem should be lifted - Thank you David...:)

SO, if you've had a MI posting bounced due to it being greater than 10k,
please resub it...

Growing pains..:)
