What version of Powerlink are you on?
There are new Powerlink updates that have to be applied if a newer version of java is installed or OS is upgraded to 7.3.

Powerlink sessions have been timing out consistently for all our users when the session is idle for about 5 - 10  mins or so. The log off idle sessions settings in Powerlink is unchecked.  It was not an issue until recently and there were no changes in any system settings.  I applied a more recent version of the client after the IPL and that didn't help.
